The Daily Landscape Series started with a goal of completeing 30 paintings in 30 days. That initial project began on February 1st and concluded on March 2nd, 2009. The paintings — at least initially — were oil on panel, measuring 6 x 6 inches square. The marathon pace of completing a painting every day was wonderuflly exciting, but ultimately difficult to maintain over the long term beyond the first 30 days. Since that initial project I have continued to strive to do a painting per day, but have a more modest goal of completing  four or five per week. I've also expanded the project to include 5" x 5" panels painted in watercolor, thereby allowing me more flexibility when traveling.

All of the daily landscape paintings are put up for auction on eBay upon their completion. With a starting bid of just $75 - $95, they are an incredible bargain. To see which are currently available, check out my eBay store by clicking here.
